As a Business Development Specialist, you will be responsible for building relationships with new and existing customers, identifying market trends and opportunities, and driving revenue growth. Responsibilities

• Identify potential business opportunities and new leads for growing the company’s customer base
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure that all customer needs are met
• Attend relevant industry events and conferences to stay current with market trends and establish industry contacts
• Conduct market research to stay up-to-date with industry trends and identify potential growth opportunities
• Prepare and present proposals and presentations to prospective customers

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics or a related field
• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and driven to succeed
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems

Salary: $40,000-$100,000 per-year (OTE)
